Studio operations
NoticeFrom March 2026 the studio's support window widens by ninety minutes at each end of the day.
Support previously ran 09:00–17:00. Enough of the work now sits either side of that — early releases, late reviews — that the window no longer matched when people actually needed an answer.
The new hours are 08:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, Indochina Time. Contracts with an agreed response time are unaffected: those windows are defined in the contract and this change does not narrow any of them.
Outside the window, write to us anyway — the queue is read first thing.
