Scheduled maintenance: account services offline Sunday 06:00–07:00 (GMT+7)

Sign-in and licence checks for all BOXYZ VN apps will be unavailable for up to one hour on Sunday 13 September while we move the account database to new hardware.

The window covers sign-in, licence validation and workspace switching. Apps that are already open stay open — Automation Cockpit, Notedy and StickyBoard keep working on the session they hold and re-check their licence the next time they start.

Mapcao and Red04 are unaffected. Mapcao keeps writing to the local trip store, and Red04 never talks to the account service in the first place: its device registration lives on the device itself.

What to expect

• Sunday 13 September 2026, 06:00–07:00 (GMT+7). We expect to finish inside 20 minutes.
• Open sessions are not signed out; nothing queued is lost.
• New sign-ins and new device registrations will fail with a retry message during the window.
