FeatureScratching a province open told you that you had been there. The Memory Wall answers the next question: what happened while you were.
Mapcao's map has always been a record of coverage — which of the country you have actually stood in. What it could not hold was the reason a place mattered. People were keeping that somewhere else, usually in a camera roll that had long since stopped being searchable.
The Memory Wall attaches photos, a short note and a date to any place you have opened. Open a province and you get its wall: the places inside it, in the order you visited them, each with whatever you left there.
It works offline. Photos stay on the device and are only copied out if you explicitly export a trip, which produces a single file you can send to someone or keep as a backup.
What changed
- Any opened place accepts photos, a note and a date.
- Province view becomes a wall, ordered by first visit.
- Everything is stored on the device; nothing is uploaded.
- Export a trip — or a whole province — as one shareable file.
