ProjectHub adds a health column — build, tests and last run at a glance

The dashboard could tell you a project existed. It could not tell you whether it still worked.

ProjectHub's job is to make every project in the studio discoverable and one click from running. What it was missing was the state of each one: a project that has not built since February looks identical to one that built this morning.

The health column reads three signals per project — last successful build, test result, and when it last actually ran — and reduces them to a single indicator with the detail one hover away. Projects that have gone quiet sort to the top on request, which turns the dashboard into a to-do list once a quarter.

Nothing is executed to produce this. The signals come from the project's own build output and run history, so opening the dashboard does not start anything.
