Notedy 3.0 — speaker-aware minutes and a new export format

Product team · Notedy

Release

Minutes now know who said what, and leave the meeting in a shape other tools can read.

3.0 separates speakers rather than producing one undifferentiated transcript. Attribution makes the minutes noticeably more useful: a decision reads differently when you can see who proposed it and who agreed.

The export format is the second half of the release. Minutes leave as structured data — sections, decisions, actions and their owners as fields rather than prose — so they can be loaded somewhere else without being re-typed. Markdown, DOCX and PDF exports remain.

Recordings made with earlier versions can be re-processed to gain speaker attribution without being uploaded again.

In this release

  • Speaker separation and attribution throughout the minutes.
  • Structured export: sections, decisions and actions as data.
  • Re-process older recordings for attribution in place.
  • Markdown, DOCX and PDF exports unchanged.
