Notedy transcribes Vietnamese meetings that keep switching into English

Real meetings here are not in one language. The transcript now handles a Vietnamese sentence with English technical terms inside it without mangling either.

Single-language transcription fails on the way people in this industry actually speak: a Vietnamese sentence carrying English nouns — deploy, staging, pull request — and occasionally a whole English sentence in the middle of a Vietnamese paragraph.

Forcing Vietnamese turned those terms into approximate Vietnamese words. Forcing English was worse. Notedy now detects the switch inside the sentence and transcribes each span in its own language, keeping technical terms in the form the speaker used.

Minutes come out in whichever language dominated the meeting, with the terms left alone.
