A two-week onboarding bootcamp for the new mobile crew

Four people joined the mobile team in the same month, so instead of onboarding them one at a time we ran a bootcamp.

The first week covered how the studio actually works: the review conventions, the release process, and a walk through Mapcao and Red04 with the people who wrote them.

The second week was a build. The four of them shipped a real feature into Mapcao's internal build, reviewed by the team the normal way — which is to say, thoroughly.

We have run every group intake this way since.
