Company trip 2026 — three days in Quy Nhơn

The studio closed for three days in June and went to Quy Nhơn: everyone, plus a few families, plus a whiteboard nobody ended up using.

We have run a company trip every year since the studio had five people. This year's was the largest so far and the first where a meaningful number of people brought family.

The one working session was held on the second morning and lasted ninety minutes: each team presented what it thought the studio should stop doing. It produced a shorter list than the same session run in the office usually does, which we are choosing to read as a good sign.

The rest was deliberately unstructured.
