StickyBoard 1.4 — board templates and a real presenter mode

Product team · StickyBoard

Release

Most workshops start by rebuilding the same three columns. 1.4 ships them as templates and adds a way to actually run the session from the board.

Templates cover the formats the studio runs most: retrospective, story mapping, risk sort and a plain three-column plan. Each opens as a working board with the frames, the column labels and the timer already in place.

Presenter mode turns the board into something you can run a room from — step through frames in order, with a timer per frame and a participant list that shows who has added a note and who has not.

A board can be saved as a template of your own, which is how three of the four built-in templates started.

In this release

  • Four built-in templates; save any board as your own.
  • Presenter mode: ordered frames, per-frame timer, participation view.
  • Boards export to PNG and to a structured outline.
  • Fixed: notes pasted from a spreadsheet lost their line breaks.
