ProjectHub 2.0 — one dashboard for every project the studio is running

A rewrite around a single question: what is everything we have, and can I start it right now?

The studio accumulated projects faster than it accumulated memory of them. ProjectHub 1.x was a list you maintained by hand, which meant it was accurate for about a week at a time.

2.0 discovers projects instead. Point it at the directories where work lives and it finds them, reads how each one starts, and gives every project a card with a run button that actually works. Ports are tracked so two projects cannot silently collide.

It is a local tool. Nothing about a project leaves the machine it is running on.
